Quick Reference Guidelines

Prescription Refill Guidelines - If you are needing prescription refills we ask you contact the pharmacy first to request your prescription refills. If you are directed by the pharmacy to contact our office we ask you do so prior to 3 p.m. on any given day to allow us the time to process this request. Any request after 3 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.

Appointment Cancellations - Please give our office 24 hours advance notice if you are unable to come in for your scheduled office visit. Failure to give proper notice or missing your appointment will deem the appointment to be documented as a no show.
