Billing Services
Central Texas Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics, P.A. is a multi-specialty practice. As members of Alliance Health Providers Brazos Valley and Brazos Valley Physicians Organization, we are contracted with most major insurance companies.
It is always advised for patients to contact their insurance company and verify their network of doctors before the first scheduled appointment.
It is also the responsibility of the patient to obtain any necessary referrals in order to be treated by a specialty physician. The referral must be effective on, or before the first appointment.
When you check in for your appointment you must present a photo ID and your valid insurance ID, or information about your coverage. If your insurance requires a co-payment or deductible, your will be responsible for these charges at the time of your appointment. If your insurance does not cover certain charges or if there is an unpaid balance of any type, you will be responsible for paying for those services within 30 days of receipt of a statement from our office.

Patients who do not have insurance will be financially responsible for all charges associated with their care.

In Person
You can pay your bill any time between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday ( we are closed for lunch between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m.)
